Since 2019, the Tugan Qala project has been implemented, aimed at involving citizens in landscaping joint activity. It is aimed at increasing the initiative and responsibility of citizens for their city. ERG takes over both the training of citizens and the implementation of projects. Tugan Qala is implemented in the single-industry towns of Khromtau, Aksu and Rudny, as well as in the villages of Kachar and Oktyabrsky. From 4 to 10% of urban residents are involved in voting for the projects. 97 projects have been implemented. They are children's and sports playgrounds, monuments, murals, equipment for local communities – boat stations and climbing walls. The amount of funds allocated for implementation is over KZT690M.

This is a school where ordinary citizens learn to improve their city at the expense of the city budget. In STEP, you can turn the idea of landscaping into reality, build a playground, a sports ground, a recreation area, etc. ERG gives citizens knowledge on how to bring the project to implementation, and the akimat implements projects. All facilities are built within the framework of the Budget of Public Participation state program. Since 2021 196 students have been trained. Geography: Aksu, Aktobe, Lisakovsk, Pavlodar, Rudny, Ekibastuz.

Eurasian Resources Group supports the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the regions of its presence. For this purpose, the Orken program was created with the support of the Akimat of Aktobe region, Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC and the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The program for the support and development of small and medium-sized businesses in the city of Khromtau assumes the possibility of obtaining a loan of up to KZT30M for the investment loan period of no more than 5 years, for replenishment of working capital for no more than 3 years. The remuneration rate is 3%.

One of the social projects is TOM: Kazakhstan, where for 72 hours of continuous work young inventors (students, schoolchildren, teachers) create products for people with disabilities to facilitate everyday life or rehabilitation. Since 2017 makeathons have been held twice a year in different cities of Kazakhstan, such as Karaganda, Pavlodar, Aktau, Shymkent, Almaty, Astana. During this time more than 500 people took part in them, and more than 90 inventions were developed. The project is being implemented with the support of businessman and philanthropist Alexander A. Mashkevich, the President of the Association of Friends of Tel Aviv University (TAU) in Kazakhstan, as well as akimats and higher educational institutions of the country.

The project MOMENTUM: Skills Development of the XXI century has been implemented for more than six years. During the course students gain knowledge on marketing, self-presentation, public speaking, and business models. All this knowledge helps children develop entrepreneurial thinking and gain a competitive advantage in adulthood. 21 groups were trained, 511 teenagers took part. Geography: Pavlodar, Aksu, Ekibastuz, Khromtau, Rudny, Aktobe, Astana, Karaganda, Semey.

To consolidate the efforts of ERG and educational institutions, an Alliance of Colleges and ERG was created in 2022. The union includes 14 organizations of technical and vocational education from Pavlodar, Aktobe, Kostanay regions and ERG. Among the main tasks of the Alliance there is - improvement of educational programs of professional, technical, post-secondary education, considering the needs of the mining and metallurgical industry of Kazakhstan for high professional skills of college graduates; - creation and development of an industry educational and methodological center of colleges - development and implementation of leadership programs for college managers and teachers - creation of a pool of mentors from highly professional, proactive employees of Kazakhstani ERG companies.

The project is aimed at creating conditions for the development of entrepreneurial skills and competencies among students and youth in Kazakhstan. The mission of the program is to transform regional universities into entrepreneurial hubs, as well as to stimulate student and youth entrepreneurship, which can contribute to an increase in the number of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the regions. Since 2017 over 1,000 representatives of the teaching staff and more than 10,000 thousand students have participated in the project.

Support for orphanages and educational institutions. The company constantly provides assistance to universities, colleges, schools and kindergartens in their hometowns, $9.2 million has been allocated over the past 10 years. Support for sports projects, including volleyball, cycling, football, triathlon, tennis, chess, etc., as well as the construction of health and fitness centers, swimming pools, ice arenas, bike paths, sports grounds. The company also builds schools and kindergartens, equips STEM laboratories in educational institutions.

ERG supports cultural projects including the construction of The State Opera and Ballet Theater “Astana Opera”, the construction of the Botanical Garden in Astana and a children's music school in Ekibastuz, the construction of a National Cultural Center in Kostanay, a book publishing house, and the restoration of historical sites within the framework of the Kultobe Settlement project in Turkestan. The company also contributes to the development of spiritual denominations, the construction of churches and mosques, synagogues.

Support of medical institutions through the gratuitous transfer of sanitary vehicles for emergency medical care and special equipment to healthcare facilities; sponsorship for the opening of polyclinics; construction of outpatient centers, allocation of funds for the development of sanatorium treatment.

In 2006 ERG launched its own unprecedented Housing Program for its employees. During this time within the framework of the Housing Program more than 3,845 families of employees of the Group's enterprises in Aktobe (Aktobe, Khromtau), Karaganda (Karaganda), Kostanay (Rudny, Lisakovsk) and Pavlodar (Pavlodar, Aksu, Ekibastuz) oblasts have improved their living conditions. The Housing program implemented by ERG is one of the largest in Kazakhstan. By the end of 2025 it is planned to build about 55 thousand m2 of housing. Additionally, the direction of the housing program is being developed for employees to choose primary or secondary apartments on the market. Socially vulnerable workers (large families, single-parent families and families with a special child) who have received approval in the competition for state programs (Bakytty Otbasy, Shanyrak) are given the necessary initial payment in the amount of 10% of the cost of housing.
