Dauren Mendeshev

Deputy General Director, Strategy and Transformation

Dauren Mendeshev graduated from G. Daukeyev Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications (AUET) with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Software Engineering, he also completed Master’s programme at the University of Warwick (UK), majoring in MSc Information Systems & Management.

Dauren Mendeshev has been employed with the Group since 2021 For over a year, he was in charge of the Productivity Improvement Programme and then took a position of the Head of Transformation Office, Strategy and Transformation Unit, Eurasian Group LLP.

Prior to ERG, he worked over 10 year in international consultancy companies. Particularly, at McKinsey & Company, a global consulting firm, assisting mining and metals companies, including the Group's businesses, to implement productivity improvement projects.

Previously, he worked in the Information Technology Services division of Ernst & Young and as a Manager of Business Performance Management in the Advisory Services Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
