Anastasia Kruch

Deputy General Director, Personnel and Culture

She graduated from Shokan Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University, degree in Foreign Languages. She has a CIPD diploma in Strategic HR Management (Level 7), international coaching qualification ACSTH (L1), ACTP (L2). She is a member of ICF.

Anastasia has worked in oil and gas and MMC companies, as well as in international non-governmental organizations. She was involved in training and development projects for young specialists in the oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan, participated in the launch of the International Technopark of IT Startups “Astana Hub”.

In 2020, she joined the ERG team as Head of the Training and Competence Development Center, when a large-scale transformation of the Group's training system began, which included creation of the Unified Training Center, centralization and digitalization of processes, and introduction of modern training methods. In 2023, the ERG Corporate University was established based on the Unified Training Center.

Since 2022, she leads projects for development of school and vocational education system in the regions where ERG operates. These are the projects “ERG for Colleges”, “Alliance of Colleges and ERG” and others.

Since 2023, she holds a position of the Director for Talent Management of Eurasian Group LLP.
