Managing Director for Corporate Communications

Rasul Abdullayev studied International Trade at İstanbul Aydın University. He began his professional career in the promotion of start-ups and marketing projects, subsequently becoming a co-founder of the Kex marketing agency, one of the creators of the Yuframe project, and the founder of the Ministry of Marketing.

In 2022, he received a Letter of Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his significant contribution to the preparation and delivery of the presidential election campaign in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under Rasul Abdullayev’s leadership, projects have been delivered for leading international and Kazakhstani companies, including Huawei, Samsung, Nestlé and Coca-Cola. He has extensive experience in corporate and marketing communications, brand development and digital projects.
