Olzhas Rakhmetov

Deputy General Director for Technology and Operations

Olzhas Rakhmetov holds a Master’s degree from George Washington University, a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree, and international ACCA, PMP, and SMRP certifications.

Prior to joining ERG in 2017, Olzhas worked for international companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers in Kazakhstan and the United States, specializing in audit services and advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Previously, Olzhas headed the capital construction and investment activities function of ERG’s Aluminium Division and served as Executive Director within the Finance Function, responsible for investment planning and capital project monitoring across the Kazakhstan Perimeter.

Prior to this appointment, Olzhas Rakhmetov served as General Director of ERG Service LLP and Director for Maintenance and Repair of Eurasian Group LLP.
